They treat us like a labour without paying a salary, they use our document to establish the internet connection in office. My starting salary is 2500 after 6 month it increased by 2500 [total : 5000]. They made me sign on document in which salary was written 8000, but in real they used to give 5000 and that too after 6 month. They didn't give me my 2 year experience letter & last 4 month salary [20000]. I had never face this type of cheap behaviour in any company , i don't recommend to anyone....Read More

I Was a .Net Devloper in this company. whan i was start my career they didn't pay any salary of starting 6 month and after six month they gave me 3000 only. see whan i was left this company that time i have 2.8 year experience and they give me only 10,000 per 2 month.now days i have lef t that company my 1 month salary still pending on that company They didn't pay salary Timely and they think employees work without salary and without a holiday And Their Employees works on Saturday and Sunday...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
