The best thing is the trainers are always available. One day I called last minuite because I had bad cold. Another person who had a week-off immediately agreed to login in 10 min. Amazing cooperation. Now I know why people love this company.

What I like it only deserving people get a job here. In my previous company if you are a favorite of the Manager, you could do any nonsense and it was fine. Everything is open here. No favoritism.
