No doubt, the HR was kind and helpful.

Dislikes

Tons of points to dislike or hate this company. First of all, HRs do not mention the policy of the company while recruiting. An employee gets informed about A-Z on the very first day when TL asks you to read the guidelines. Secondly, let me tell me clearly that your privacy would be at stake because there is a clause in this company which tells that images will be captured by the bot or the system anytime. Additionally, no one should be sitting with the employee including the family members. It clearly indicates that a person who lives in a joint family should not join this company. After joining this, I got to know about all these. Although it did not sound good as anything related to my privacy could be happened but I compromised as it was permanently WFH. One day, I got an email at 7pm where it was mentioned that you have been terminated with immediate effect. It was a shocking news for me obviously. I immediately called the trainer as I was not aware of the reason. She told me after getting a confirmation that I was using a whatsapp in my laptop where I was having a word with my friends regarding jobs. Moreover, it has been captured that you have already been added in some job updates group. I was infuriated to know that how can a company track anyone personal data, how dare they???? Who has given them a right to track employee's personal data. It was just a normal training day. I have worked with MNCs as well but they were very professional unlike this so called 31 west. They claim that they provide international process but still they ask you to complete 8hrs 15 mins as login hrs. Break would be of 45 mins only. Moreover, they provide 1 day Week off. Very professional, pathetic.

Their is nothing to like in this company.

First of all their is no trainer in this company to make you learn the process, they give a sme name Sushmita who is just a tenure agent, she worked for 3 years over here, she herself don't know how to train she will keep on demotivating you for each and every mistake, she will just keep on highlighting your mistakes to TL and keep on filling his ears and he will again and again come to you and keep you telling how he will throw you out of the job because you were not able reach his expectations and that so in initial 2 weeks you have to do 100 percent, you can't make mistakes if you do they will torture you without any practical training, the work environment is very toxic over there you can not grow their at all, I am having 5 years of experience and was very professional but the TL and sme were just so bad and they will keep on disrespecting you, the training environment is so toxic that no one will stay there if they have seen good work environment and this company will never have enough employees just because of Tl and Sme, I don't know why India and Indian company promotes such toxic people.

The interview was super easy.

Dislikes

1) They don't have a professional manner. 2) During the training period they mentioned that I could ask the silliest questions to the trainer but when I asked about the process or I didn't get that part, Instead of making me understand that particular part they behaved rude to me, their speech was Didn't I mentioned this to you before like this. 3) They have a pathetic working culture, they always take a random snapshot of you every 1, 2, 5, 7, or 10 minutes to ensure that you are working. Depending upon the picture your attendance will count whether it is LOP or it will under Deduction or its ok. 4) On the 6th day they asked me to leave because Team Leader thinks that the project is getting complicated whether I will be able to work or not they are not sure according to HR. HR had a word with Team Leader.

Here comes the after part of joining. The trainer was very very very rude, arrogant always insulting and dominating.He always letting me down. He never motivated or appreciated me. Whenever I ask any questions the reply was same use your own common sense 🤣or we are not here to teach you this and that, we are not here to monitor you and blah blah blah. That time I always have question if he is not here to teach us or guide us then why he is Traniner. Per day he just trains me 45/60 min that also in initial 2/3 days after that its all about self learning. Only very basic knowledge was shared by the trainer there was not deep knowledge shared there was no practical showing that how actual live process works. I kept this question in front of TL but sadly he also haven’t helped he said we will share the basic knowledge only. IF YOUR TRAINING IS ALL ABOUT BASIC KNOWLEDGE THEN HOW CAN ORGANIZATION IS EXCEPTING CANDIDATE SHOULD PERFORM ADVANCED TASKS IN INITIAL DAYS? I am so shocked that why the management or any Higher authorities are not looking at this parts like how the trainer is training how is his behavior to candidate. I also said this things to HR but HR asked who said 😂I told I observed she replied its it doesn’t matter your observation. If any other employee hasn’t complained it doesn’t means that they haven’t suffered from this. May be they were scared to lose the job. I am employee and I have right to keep my observation and feedbacks. Instead of looking on this matter I got this silly reply. Apart from this she said you haven’t lost your job because of him. This means seriously without proper training and without sharing deep knowledge about the process your excepting that candidate will perform well. I dont have management number hope they will see this feedback and look into this matter so as I suffer no any other candidate will suffer and lose his job. DON’T BLAME THE STUDENT IT’S ALWAYS BAD TEACHER.
