Likes
The HR called me once after 2 weeks when I was tested positive as a formality. There was people coming back to work 3 days after getting first negative result. The manager directly told me why should we care about your health when I raised my concern for the safety. So now I quit the job because I didn't want to be treated as a slave basically.
Dislikes
If you already work there, I recommend you start thinking of how to exit. Because you will regret joining there, I assure you.

No work from home. No benefits of working from office by risking our life either. We even have to work for every day missed due to lockdown.
