1 Point 1 Solution Pvt. Ltd. is my 1st step of my career where I met different kind of people who belongs to different states or regions . Over there I actually learned how to talk to held situations people through there words actions and how to overcome your fears. It's not just a BPO but my small parenting house where my seniors helped me taught me how to walk, talk with your seniors and juniors, they also taught me always analysis things or situations and then make decisions accordingly. Although salary date is 15th of every month, it's never delayed.

Alternate year appraisals. Increment is less than 5-7% across all locations and departments. Pathetic infrastructure. Zero employee centric policies. No respect for its employees at any levels. Management is only focused on earning money but has its hands n fists tightly held if they have to spend on employees. Toxic culture and environment. Systems are from 80s era and mostly has downtime half the times. Training is not paid in full but with only peanut stipend. Highest deductions in salary in the industry. Charges agents for headphones in their salary and have kept variable pay for entry level so company can save more money buy reducing inhand since Average tenure of an employee at entry level is 2-3 months while senior level is less than a 11 months as everyone understands how pathetic this company is and management is such old school people who actually have no interest in moving ahead with new times. After corona, I have started my BPO journey as an advisor in One Point One. After working 1.5 year I got promoted as a process trainer. And during these phase, I have learnt a lot in this organisation. Work Environment and culture is very good and very welcoming for the new people and lot of opportunities are there for sincere and hard working people.

I liked the cooperative nature of TLs like Manpreet Kaur n Sana . And the colleagues I hv worked with.

Dislikes

They don't allow to watch any functions or programs held in company. Either they give only 10-15 mins to see. They only allows 5 colleagues to see the functions for 10 to 15 mins. While the other process TLs or mangers allow their executives to participate in programs and they don't allow them to work that time. They are enjoying the program happening in company 's auditorium.
