The worst company I ever visited is One Point One. They select candidate for back end process after interview. In interview they also take English written test to check your English communication. After joining there is NO JOB SECURITY. You will thrown out of company at any time. When client feels candidate is not fit for process, he will ask you to leave job without paying training stipend amount. After 8 days training, 1 day before certification they remove candidate from process saying your English communication is not good. Wow JFL process client, you don't realize at time of interview whether candidate is good or not for your process. Management is only focused on earning money but has its hands n fists tightly held if they have to spend on employees. Toxic culture and environment. Systems are from 80s era and mostly has downtime half the times. Training is not paid in full but with only peanut stipend. Highest deductions in salary in the industry.
