Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in app campaigns to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and managing app-focused performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that increase app downloads, user engagement, and overall business growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition and user engagement across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc. ).
  • Budget Management : Manage the allocation and optimization of marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting : Analyze key performance metrics (e. g. , CPA, CPI, ROAS) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
  • A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continually refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business goals and user experience requirements.
  • Optimization : Continuously optimize app campaigns by identifying new opportunities and leveraging performance data to improve targeting, bids, and creative assets.
  • Market Research : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and app user acquisition to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge.
  • Customer Journey Mapping : Understand the complete customer journey and optimize every stage of the funnel from awareness to conversion, and retention.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Digital Marketing Tools : Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Data Analytics : Strong understanding of data analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, etc. ) to measure and improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization : Expertise in campaign management, optimization strategies, and the ability to identify key insights that drive improvements in app acquisition and retention.
  • Paid Media Expertise : In-depth knowledge of paid media channels and the ability to develop and implement scalable campaigns for both Android and iOS apps.
  • Creative & Content Understanding : Experience working closely with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and landing pages tailored for app marketing.
  • SEO/SEM Knowledge : Strong grasp of search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, including keyword research, bid management, and competitive analysis.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization : A solid understanding of conversion rate optimization techniques to increase app download rates and user engagement.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Post-graduate qualifications will be a plus.
    • Experience :
      • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically focused on app campaigns.
      • Demonstrated success in running large-scale user acquisition campaigns for mobile applications.
      • Strong track record of managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable results (CPI, CPA, ROAS, etc. ).
    • Soft Skills :
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
      • Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Certifications : Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
