Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator - Retail Campaigns will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and enhance retail campaign effectiveness. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing strategies in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to align campaigns with business objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns tailored to retail goals.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation & Management:
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling promotional materials.
    • Manage digital and offline campaign assets, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct research to identify consumer trends and competitive insights.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with retail managers, vendors, and marketing agencies.
    • Ensure campaigns align with in-store promotions and e-commerce objectives.
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
    • Prepare detailed reports on expenditures and campaign performance.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
    • Monitor customer feedback to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc. ).
    • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity:
    • Strong creative thinking to develop engaging campaigns.
    • Adaptability to think outside the box for unique retail challenges.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • A master s degree in Marketing or an MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail campaigns preferred.
    • Demonstrable success in executing digital and offline campaigns.
    • Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus.
