Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Advertising Specialist specializing in consumer ads to join our team. The role demands expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management

    • Design and execute high-performing consumer ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging networks.
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, optimizing for ROAS and conversion rates.
    • Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Market and Audience Analysis

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive strategies.
    • Develop audience personas to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Strategy Development

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall brand and product strategies.
    • Build data-driven strategies to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms for in-depth reporting.
  • Collaboration and Coordination

    • Work with designers, content creators, and developers to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
    • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between advertising efforts and business goals.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. ).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM and keyword research tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Adept at budget management and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e. g. , HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Background : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience :
    • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a focus on consumer ads.
    • Demonstrated success in managing budgets exceeding 10 lakh/month.
  • Certifications :
    • Google Ads Certification (Preferred).
    • Facebook Blueprint Certification or similar credentials (Preferred).
