Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Content Specialist to drive engagement and brand visibility through impactful influencer partnerships and compelling content strategies. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencers across various platforms to align with our brand objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our content strategies while building relationships that amplify brand presence.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Influencer Collaboration :

    • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across social media platforms.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
    • Negotiate partnerships to ensure alignment with brand goals and budgets.
  • Content Strategy :

    • Develop innovative influencer-driven campaigns to promote products, services, or brand values.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across platforms.
    • Analyze audience insights to optimize content performance.
  • Performance Analysis :

    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
    • Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Brand Consistency :

    • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
    • Maintain consistent messaging across all collaborations.
  • Collaboration :

    • Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
    • Stay updated on influencer trends and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other social media monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing influencer relationships.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engaging campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, content management, or related roles.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing successful influencer campaigns.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or social media marketing are a plus.
