Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in influencer collaboration, a deep understanding of social media trends, and experience working in the e-commerce industry.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning :
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand s goals and target audience.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Influencer Identification and Outreach :
    • Research, vet, and build relationships with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others relevant to the e-commerce space.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to optimize campaign ROI.
  • Campaign Execution :
    • Coordinate the creation of influencer content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
    • Oversee the production and timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting :
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics like engagement rates, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
    • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaboration :
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms (e. g. , Upfluence, Aspire, GRIN).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for content marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing campaign performance and using insights to refine strategies.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing influencer collaborations and delivering measurable business results.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or related areas is advantageous.
