Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Influencer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing a strong, vibrant community around our brand, fostering positive relationships, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a natural ability to influence and inspire a wide audience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Community Engagement : Actively engage with online communities, social media followers, and brand advocates, ensuring meaningful interactions and building long-lasting relationships.

Content Creation and Curation : Develop creative content (text, images, videos, etc. ) that resonates with the target audience and drives brand visibility.

Influencer Partnerships : Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to promote brand initiatives and campaigns.

Social Media Management : Monitor and manage all social media platforms, ensuring regular updates, community interaction, and prompt response to inquiries and feedback.

Event Coordination : Organize and participate in virtual or in-person events, webinars, and meetups to enhance brand presence and community engagement.

Brand Advocacy : Act as the voice of the brand in online communities, fostering brand loyalty, and advocating for products and services.

Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze engagement metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of community-building efforts.

Trendspotting : Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, and community-building tools to keep the brand's community strategies innovative and relevant.

Customer Support : Act as a liaison between the community and the company, providing feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, and user experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong Social Media Skills : In-depth understanding of platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

Content Creation : Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and speaks to the target audience.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficiency in using analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting tools) to measure engagement and impact.

Excellent Communication Skills : Both written and verbal communication must be clear, concise, and engaging.

Influencer Marketing : Experience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencers to achieve brand objectives.

Community Management : Demonstrated experience in managing online communities and driving engagement.

Brand Awareness : A keen eye for maintaining and building brand identity through community interactions and content.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy are a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in community management, social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing.

Portfolio : A portfolio demonstrating past campaigns, content, and successful influencer collaborations is preferred.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with content creation tools (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Suite), social media management platforms (e. g. , Hootsuite, Buffer), and CRM tools.
