Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Consultant to develop and execute influencer strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving impactful campaigns.

As a pivotal part of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to achieve specific brand objectives.

Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers across various platforms.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign metrics, generating detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Market Research: Stay updated on emerging influencer trends, competitor campaigns, and new platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management: Allocate and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant advertising standards, disclosure guidelines, and company policies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Knowledge of Influencer Platforms: Proficiency in tools like Upfluence, AspireIQ, or similar influencer marketing platforms.
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign metrics and derive actionable insights using analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media dashboards.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others, including their algorithms and best practices.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Creativity: Aptitude for crafting unique and engaging campaign ideas that drive audience interaction.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Strategy are an advantage.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or with multiple brands is a plus.
