Job Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Web Neural Infotech, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive customer engagement. Your responsibilities include managing digital campaigns, optimizing website content, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging SEO, SEM, and social media to achieve business objectives. You will play a critical role in promoting AI, ML, and Big Data solutions to a global audience.

This role is open to freshers with a passion for digital marketing and experienced professionals seeking to create impactful campaigns.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

SEO and SEM : Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Content Strategy : Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and website landing pages.

Analytics : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.

Social Media Management : Create and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Email Marketing : Design and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.

Collaboration : Work with design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.

Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics for stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

SEO/SEM Expertise : Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
Social Media Marketing : Experience with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Marketing.
Content Creation : Strong writing and creative skills for developing compelling marketing content.
Email Marketing : Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
Web Analytics : Ability to analyze web traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Graphic Design : Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
Marketing Tools : Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve campaign performance.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Certifications such as Google Ads Certification , HubSpot Content Marketing Certification , or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate .
Experience :
- Freshers with relevant coursework or projects in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role is preferred.
