- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Deep knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant technology domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior technology leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
- Experience working in the software industry, with a focus on developing and delivering commercial software products.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Relevant certifications in technology leadership or management
are a plus.
