Job Summary

As a Client Solutions Manager at WN Infotech, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, overseeing the delivery of innovative solutions that meet their business needs and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within WN Infotech.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements for IT solutions and services.
  3. Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value.
  4. Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of WN Infotech's offerings.
  5. Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions and services.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
  7. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery and exceed client expectations.
  8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support client engagement and retention initiatives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Proven experience in client-facing roles, such as account management, client solutions, or consulting.
  2. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and technologies, with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  5. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes for clients and WN Infotech.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  7. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  8. Bachelor s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Experience in client-facing roles within the IT industry or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful solutions and services.
  3. Experience working with enterprise clients in diverse industries, understanding their business processes and challenges.
  4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion.
  5. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
  6. Advanced degree (e. g. , MBA, Master s) in a relevant discipline is desirable.
  7. Relevant certifications in account management or project management are a plus.
