As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
You will work closely with various internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support
Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and objectives, and ensure they are met with tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (eg, sales, marketing, and operations) to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and updates
Resolve client complaints and issues promptly, escalating as needed
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to offer informed recommendations
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in client servicing or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
