The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company s growth within the wedding industry
This involves identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals, and expanding our market presence
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wedding industry and a proven track record in sales and business development
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wedding industry
Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venues, and other industry professionals
Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
Proposal Development: Create and present proposals and pitches tailored to wedding-related services and products
Sales Strategy: Work with the team to develop and execute strategies to increase market share
Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and business development efforts
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wedding industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to understand and analyse industry trends and customer needs
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
