Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the company s growth within the wedding industry
  • This involves identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and industry professionals, and expanding our market presence
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wedding industry and a proven track record in sales and business development
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wedding industry
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners, venues, and other industry professionals
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
  • Proposal Development: Create and present proposals and pitches tailored to wedding-related services and products
  • Sales Strategy: Work with the team to develop and execute strategies to increase market share
  • Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and business development efforts
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wedding industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Ability to understand and analyse industry trends and customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
