The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about design, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong organisational abilities. They must also be able to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and open communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the IDFX design team.
Present design concepts and updates to clients, manage feedback and approvals or any changes in scope in a timely and efficient manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout all stages of the project.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams.
Address any concerns or issues raised by clients effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
1+ years of experience in client servicing or account management (preferably in a creative agency or design firm).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A client-first attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
