Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Photographer and Videographer with a strong focus on e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity, drives customer engagement, and enhances the online shopping experience. This role demands a mix of artistic flair, technical expertise, and a solid understanding of e-commerce trends to effectively showcase our products.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Photography and Videography

Capture high-resolution product images and videos for e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
Ensure consistency in product imagery, adhering to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
Shoot lifestyle images and videos that showcase products in real-life settings, enhancing customer relatability.

Post-Production

Edit images and videos using industry-standard software, optimizing them for various online platforms.
Retouch and enhance product images to highlight details and maintain brand consistency.
Produce engaging short videos, including product demos, unboxing experiences, and promotional content.

Content Strategy Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver relevant visual assets.
Provide creative input during planning meetings to align visuals with marketing objectives.

Equipment and Studio Management

Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring readiness for shoots.
Organize and manage the studio space, ensuring an efficient and clean working environment.

E-commerce Optimization

Ensure product visuals are optimized for e-commerce platforms, including proper sizing, resolution, and format.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce photography and videography to improve quality and efficiency.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment (DSLR cameras, lighting setups, etc.).

Advanced skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and the visual requirements for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and social media.

Knowledge of lighting techniques and composition for capturing product details and textures effectively.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a product photographer/videographer, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

A strong portfolio showcasing professional product photography and videography.

Familiarity with 360-degree product photography or interactive content creation is a plus.

Experience with studio setup and management is desirable.
