Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to contribute to the expansion of our business.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients' needs and propose effective solutions.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualification & Experience Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  3. Experience in the IT industry is preferred but not required.
  4. Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed.
