Job Description

Job Summary

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at WN Infotech,you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, andmanagement of the companys information security strategy. You will oversee allaspects of information security, including but not limited to, risk management,compliance, incident response, and security architecture.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement the companys information securitypolicies, procedures, and standards.
Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies tosafeguard the companys information assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, suchas GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Establish and maintain an incident response plan, includingmonitoring, detection, and response to security incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate security into thedevelopment lifecycle of products and services.
Oversee the implementation and management of securitytechnologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryptionsolutions.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management andstakeholders on the companys security posture and ongoing initiatives.
Lead security awareness training and education programs foremployees to foster a culture of security awareness.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

In-depth knowledge of information security principles,practices, and technologies.
Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliancestandards.
Experience with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM,DLP, and IDS/IPS.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the abilityto influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, ora related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highlydesirable.
Experience in information security, withat least 0 to 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effectiveinformation security programs.
Experience in the technology or IT services industry ispreferred.
