Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments , penetration testing , and risk management evaluations to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Lead the incident response process by investigating and mitigating security breaches.
- Manage security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001 , NIST , and PCI-DSS .
- Design and enforce access controls , firewall management , and encryption protocols to protect sensitive information.
- Oversee the deployment of Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) , Endpoint Protection , and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR , HIPAA , SOX ).
- Lead a team of information security professionals, providing coaching, development, and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness .
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, ensuring the organization is prepared to handle new challenges.
