Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. This individual will leverage their expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, and relationship building to ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to the overall success of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job requisition, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company s employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and timelines.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve the hiring process.
Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions, including senior-level roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
