Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating salaries, and coordinating background checks and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
