Responsibilities:
Communicating with existing and new clients via phone and email to acquire their market research requirements.
Liaison with our research partners to get sample reports and to have any pre purchase and/or post purchase queries of clients resolved.
Updating CRM on daily basis with the status of the leads.
Reaching monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Building new clientele to drive sales revenues of the organization.
Candidate requirements:
Must have exceptional fluency in English both written and spoken.
Must have the zest for sales and ability to deliver results under pressure.
Must have good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.
