Job Summary

As a Content Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content creation, curation, and distribution across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Create and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across multiple channels.
Produce high-quality, engaging content including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and effective content assets.
Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance using analytics tools to improve reach and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content strategy and execution.
Manage content distribution channels, including social media platforms, email newsletters, and website.
Monitor and respond to audience feedback and engagement, fostering community interaction and brand loyalty.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven experience in content management, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative content strategies.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in content creation and management.
Portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns and projects.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
