Job Summary

As a Content Marketing Manager at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads. Your role involves overseeing content development, distribution, and optimization across various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and promote AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for experienced content marketers with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and driving measurable results through engaging content.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Content Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
Content Creation : Lead content creation efforts, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and social media posts.
Team Leadership : Manage a team of writers, designers, and content creators to produce high-quality, impactful content.
SEO Integration : Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and drives organic traffic.
Editorial Calendar : Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring content is consistently produced and published on time.
Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Lead Generation : Create and optimize content that attracts leads, converts visitors, and supports the sales funnel.
Performance Analysis : Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc. ) to measure content performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Voice : Maintain and ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all content channels.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to align content with company goals and product offerings.
Email Marketing : Plan and execute email campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Content Strategy : Proven experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive results.
SEO : In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Content Management Systems : Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Social Media Marketing : Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Analytics : Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other analytics platforms to track content performance and ROI.
Content Creation : Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
Lead Generation : Experience with content-driven lead generation strategies and tools (e. g. , landing pages, lead magnets).
Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
Team Management : Experience in leading and mentoring a team of content creators.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education : Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Certifications like HubSpot Content Marketing Certification , Google Analytics Certification , or SEO certifications .
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving content strategy and measurable results in a digital marketing environment.
