Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data visualization solutions to enhance business decision-making processes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and delivering insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic initiatives.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to meet client and business requirements.

Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and transform data into actionable insights.

Optimize Tableau dashboards with a focus on performance and usability.

Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and validations.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of Tableau functionalities.

Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve reporting solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, with hands-on experience in building complex dashboards.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management systems.

Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets.

Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

Certifications in Tableau (e. g. , Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Associate) are highly desirable.

Experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.

Strong understanding of business intelligence tools and techniques.
