Job Description

The ContentSpecialist will develop and manage content across IC3 Movements emailcampaigns, corporate communications, and marketing collateral. This role isessential in creating high-quality, compelling content that aligns with IC3Movements mission of bringing counseling to every school, engaging a globalaudience of educational professionals, and reinforcing the organizations brandidentity.

Successin this role requires pro activeness , exceptional time management ,and the resilience to adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring thatall content is delivered on time and resonates with the target audience. TheContent Specialist will play a key role in supporting IC3 Movement communication strategies while maintaining a strong and consistent voice acrossall platforms.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Content StrategyDevelopment: Develop acohesive content strategy that supports IC3 Movements objectives and enhancesbrand visibility. Plan, write and manage content for email campaigns, websites,and other communication channels, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, andaligned with organizational goals.

Blog Writing: Research, write, and edit engaging and informative blog posts thatalign with IC3 Movements mission and resonate with the target audience. Ensurethe content is optimized for SEO and reflects the organizations thoughtleadership in higher education.

MarketingCollateral: Create and oversee the production ofmarketing materials such as brochures, presentations, reports, and otherprinted and digital assets that effectively communicate IC3 Movements valuepropositions and initiatives.

Content CalendarManagement: Plan and manage the content calendarfor email campaigns and corporate communications, ensuring timely and coordinateddelivery of all communications.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Events, Outreach Partnerships,and Operations to align content with broader organizational initiatives andmessaging strategies.

Analytics andReporting: Monitor and analyze the effectivenessof content in email campaigns and corporate communications, using insights tooptimize future content strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Content Creation: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, withexperience in crafting compelling content for email, corporate communications,and marketing collateral.
