Business Intelligence Visualization Engineer

Dashboard Design and Development :

• Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions.

Data Integration and Analysis :

• Work closely with data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources into BI tools.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that align with business objectives.

Performance Optimization :

• Optimize visualization tools for performance and scalability to handle large datasets effectively.
• Ensure dashboards and reports load quickly and provide a seamless user experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular workshops or presentations to explain BI reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance :

• Validate data accuracy in dashboards and reports.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and quality control.

• 1-5 years of experience in a BI or data visualization role.
• Hands-on experience in designing dashboards and generating insights for business use cases.

• Certification in Tableau Desktop Specialist, Power BI Data Analyst, or similar.
