Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Data Visualization Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into visually compelling and actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge data visualization solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and usability.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Data Visualization Development: Design and develop interactive and visually stunning dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industry-leading tools.

Data Analysis and Storytelling: Interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights and translate them into clear, actionable visual stories.

Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualization strategies.

Optimization: Ensure visualizations are optimized for performance and accessibility across various devices and platforms.

Best Practices: Establish and promote data visualization standards, principles, and best practices within the organization.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure data accuracy and visualization effectiveness.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data visualization tools and technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Visualization Tools: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, D3. js, or equivalent frameworks.

Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript (with libraries like Plotly or Highcharts).

Data Handling: Experience with SQL and working with large datasets from various sources.

Design Acumen: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles in data visualization.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data structures and deliver impactful visual solutions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in data visualization, analytics, or related fields.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end visualization solutions for complex business problems.
Prior experience leading projects or mentoring junior engineers is an advantage.
