Campaign Analyst - Digital Marketing

Job Summary:

The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

• Setting up of Digital Marketing campaigns based on the defined instructions
• Editing/Updating info/location data on Listings platform and GMB
• Work on tools like Salesforce, GMB and Jira
• Troubleshoot issues with the campaign
• Communicate with US team via ticketing system/mails/calls
• Co-ordinate with US team for new updates, resolve issues and smooth buildup of campaigns
• Prioritize work effectively to meet all customer commitments daily
• Complete other tasks and projects as needed

• Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
• Accurately and consistently complete setup of campaigns
• Ability to quickly learn and adjust to integrate new processes and products as needed

Key Competencies:

• Well versed with Digital Marketing techniques with proficiency in GMB Listings/SEO backlinks
• Detail Oriented and clearly communicates with other services team members via email/ticketing system/calls
• Ability to clearly communicate across other cultures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full time graduate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
