I wish there was a rating bar as minus. Anyway, the list of cons are endless. Hypocritical and double-standard management. Somehow they are obsessed with individual attire, appearance, and etiquette. The best way to excel in this organization is to flatter your talentless leader and remain completely ambitionless. However, even thatwon’t give you a decent salary. Nothing to learn. Feels like a BPO/KPO company, although they claim to be digital marketing firm. Their internal tools to manage campaigns will make the matter even worse for you. Every month there is a batch of 20 to 30 odd people joining in because that many people leave every month and it is quite normal, management is hardly bothered by this. Please do yourself a favor, don't join this company, you will regret it and you will struggle to get a job outside if you show Reach Local experience. They have a bad reputation outside....Read More

Good start for the freshers and they provide proper training proces and give enough time to understand the process.

Dislikes

No work from home even in difficult times and there are some school like rules that you have to complete 9 hours everyday punch in punch out. Coming to office after 10 am is considered as half day.

Multiple HR Teams call on same day, multiple times and say come for an interview, suggest his or her name because they get incentives for getting hired. All the HR's says that we will manage the Managers and try to take you in the organization. Some of the employees also call and tell that please tell he or she referred this organization, so that they get incentives. This creates a problem whose name shall we suggest when we enter the organization. Then they say we have a bond for 2 years and we need to pay deposit of Rs 50,000/- for their laptops and we can take them when we leave organization, its an organization rule. If we don't agree on this HR says give blank cheque with no amount in the bank, company has no time to verify so you will get your job 100%.
