Good work life balance and the office timings. No work after office hours. Job security. Less politics Only 3 star for the work life and job timing You might learn alot if you’re a fresher, dont get stuck or else you will have a hard time finding a new job.

Dislikes

Poor Management in terms of promotions, they ask you to sign bond for hike. No hybrid or work from home even in the worst situation, specially rainy season. Lack of hierarchy, bias treatment. No perks like travel allowance or coffee machine or canteen service, office location is bad. Working Saturday.

If you do your job well then no need to worry about job security. I agree for frequent changes in the policies but work culture is good. Do hardwork rest be assured for the growth opportunities here.

The work culture. You can obviously see there are only 4 person growing in this company the 3 directors(so called senior now) and MD. Employee will be given 0 respects. And all strict rules and policies are for employees only. Management team has no rules and regulations you can see it clearly when you enter this company. Management will spend unnecessary money on maintaining infrastructure and their lunches also like renting a plot during covid times which was not needed as 50% of crowd is WFH but will not willing to give employees appraisal or any monetary benefit. Management team will give self-promotion to themselves and move to more senior level but on analyst or TM level it will be very difficult growing here. Management sits together for lunch and party (may be from companies expense) that time there no social distancing but when employees does that they will not tolerate this. Most of the TMs and Managers here are syncopant. They don't have power to take decisions themselves every time they have to ask the directors and MD which obviously decision will not be favourable for employees....Read More

There is a strict timing to punch in here from 9-10am and if you late by even 1 min after 10 half day salary is deducted even if you complete 9 hrs working as they will ask you to complete 9 hrs compulsory.

Management... All Directors have their own rules. Employees safety is secondary for them. Even if a ceiling falls on your head, they dont even bother to give u any medicine as its never available in their first aid kit. And no action is taken to ensure it doesnt happen again
