Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Performance Marketing with 3+ years of experience, including team management, to lead our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven marketer, and hands-on manager who excels in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage both your own brands and a team of associates, overseeing campaigns and ensuring that business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the performance marketing team of associates, including setting clear - goals, providing feedback, and supporting their growth.

- Oversee and guide associates in managing their assigned brand ad accounts, stepping in to assist with complex queries and troubleshooting performance issues.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with associates to review performance, address challenges, and offer guidance.

- Review and assess the performance of the brands handled by your team, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.

- Strategize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads for your own portfolio of brands.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Tech, Client Servicing, etc.) to develop effective creative assets and improve overall campaign performance.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization across all managed accounts.

- Run A/B tests and utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) to monitor and optimize campaign performance.

- Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of resources.

- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership, making recommendations based on data analysis.

- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation in the team.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in a team management role.

- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

- Experience in A/B testing, optimization, and budget management.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
