Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Campaign Manager for Local Growth to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The successful candidate will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on local growth and business development. This role demands a strategic approach to pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, targeting specific local markets, and delivering measurable performance to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility in the local context. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualization and strategy development to implementation and performance analysis.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns specifically designed to drive local growth. Create targeted ads based on local market research, audience segmentation, and product offerings.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing terms related to local businesses and geographic areas. Continuously optimize ads to improve campaign quality and relevance.
  • Ad Creation & Testing: Design compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign assets that resonate with local audiences. Regularly perform A/B testing to maximize ad effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation across multiple campaigns. Monitor spending, optimize bids, and adjust budgets to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Use Google Ads reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Local Market Insights: Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with regional goals, ensuring that campaigns cater to specific customer needs and market conditions.
  • Client Interaction & Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders or clients. Communicate key insights and recommendations to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Continuous Learning & Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, digital marketing, and local business growth strategies. Implement new features and tools offered by Google Ads to enhance campaign performance.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of search, display, and local advertising strategies.
    • Analytics Proficiency: Expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to assess campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize results.
    • SEO/SEM Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and SEM practices to integrate into the broader marketing strategy for local growth.
    • Conversion Tracking & Reporting: Advanced skills in setting up conversion tracking, analyzing KPIs, and generating reports to measure ROI.
    • PPC Campaign Management: Experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, and campaign segmentation.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively report campaign results and work with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and operations.
    Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A relevant certification in Google Ads or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on local business growth and geographic targeting.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification or similar industry-recognized qualifications are a strong advantage.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with businesses in local or regional markets is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Excel or other data analysis tools.
