Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing automation and be responsible for implementing and optimizing campaigns across various marketing automation platforms. The role will require collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion strategies. The Marketing Automation Specialist will ensure that the company s marketing systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing automation strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel automated marketing campaigns (email, social media, and more) targeting business customers.
  • Manage the marketing automation platform, ensuring data integrity and proper integration with CRM systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and effective customer journey.
  • Segment audiences based on behavior and interests to create personalized, high-impact campaigns.
  • Set up lead scoring models to prioritize high-value leads and ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain and optimize landing pages, forms, and email templates for automated campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to keep marketing initiatives innovative and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, for all automation practices.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and other key metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing automation tools and technologies.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • In-depth experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in CRM integration , ensuring smooth data flow between marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and how to optimize automated campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing strategies, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting , with the ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, including optimization for landing pages and email marketing content.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic email and landing page customization.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with content, design, and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing , Business Administration , Communications , or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically in the B2B sector.
  • Experience with marketing automation platform setup , including workflows, triggers, and integrations with CRMs.
  • Proven track record of optimizing automated marketing campaigns to meet KPIs and improve ROI.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing tactics for B2B companies.
  • Certification in marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to stay updated with the latest marketing automation trends.
