Job Summary

The Email Campaign Manager for E-Learning Outreach is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that promote our e-learning products and services. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop compelling email content that drives engagement, retention, and growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage current and prospective students, educators, and organizations. Plan campaigns based on product offerings, events, promotions, and target audience needs.
  • Email Design and Content Creation : Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates, ensuring they align with brand guidelines. Write clear, concise, and persuasive email copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Audience Segmentation : Analyze customer data and segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to create personalized and relevant campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution : Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from setup and testing to scheduling, delivery, and monitoring.
  • Optimization and Testing : Continuously monitor campaign performance, perform A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and designs, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (such as GDPR) and follow best practices for email deliverability and user engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align email campaigns with business objectives and promotions.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Email Marketing Tools : Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e. g. , Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar) for campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
  • CRM Software : Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to segment and manage email lists effectively.
  • Data Analysis : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize future campaigns based on data insights.
  • A/B Testing : Expertise in A/B testing, including knowledge of best practices for testing email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, etc. ) to improve performance.
  • Email Deliverability : Understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and strategies to improve inbox placement.
  • Basic HTML/CSS : Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating and editing email templates.
  • Content Creation : Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write persuasive email copy and craft compelling subject lines.
  • Project Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience : At least 2-4 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the e-learning or educational technology industry.
  • Certifications : Certification in Email Marketing, Digital Marketing, or any relevant course will be an advantage.
  • Skills :
    • Strong understanding of the e-learning industry and its audience.
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
    • Creative mindset with a focus on results and optimization.
    • Experience in managing both promotional and transactional email campaigns.
