Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Text Analysis Specialist with a focus on Sentiment Insights . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets of text to extract valuable insights related to customer sentiment, opinions, and emotions. Your work will support data-driven decision-making across various business functions, including marketing, customer service, and product development. You will leverage advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques, machine learning models, and sentiment analysis algorithms to drive impactful results.
Sentiment Analysis: Utilize sentiment analysis tools to assess customer feedback, reviews, and social media content. Provide actionable insights regarding customer perceptions and emotions.
Data Processing: Collect, preprocess, and clean unstructured text data from various sources including surveys, reviews, social media, and support tickets.
NLP Techniques: Apply natural language processing techniques such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition (NER), and text classification to extract meaningful patterns from text.
Machine Learning: Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models for sentiment classification and trend analysis. Leverage algorithms such as Naive Bayes, SVM, or deep learning-based approaches.
Reporting & Visualization: Present sentiment findings through clear reports and data visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and support decision-making.
Trend Monitoring: Track changes in sentiment over time and identify emerging trends or shifts in customer attitudes. Provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, business analysts, and marketing teams to align sentiment insights with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, sentiment analysis, and machine learning to continually enhance the quality and accuracy of sentiment insights.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Strong understanding of NLP techniques and libraries (e. g. , spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
Sentiment Analysis: Experience in developing and implementing sentiment analysis models using supervised or unsupervised learning methods.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for text processing and data analysis.
Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Knowledge of model selection, training, and evaluation.
Data Visualization: Ability to create clear and compelling visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
Data Wrangling: Expertise in cleaning and transforming unstructured text data for analysis.
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and related services for data processing and model deployment.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex insights in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sentiment analysis, text mining, or data analysis, preferably with exposure to business insights and marketing analytics.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred): Certifications in NLP, data science, or machine learning (e. g. , Coursera, edX, or similar platforms).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
