Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Chatbot Developer specializing in AI automation to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining AI-driven chatbot solutions that enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency. This role demands a strong understanding of AI technologies, conversational design, and automation workflows, coupled with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless chatbot experiences.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Chatbot Development : Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots using conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

Automation Workflows : Implement automation capabilities by integrating chatbots with various systems such as CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs.

AI Model Optimization : Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to improve the performance, accuracy, and user experience of chatbots.

User Interaction Design : Develop conversational flows and strategies to create natural, engaging, and informative conversations with end users.

Testing and Troubleshooting : Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure the chatbot operates smoothly and efficiently across various platforms and devices.

Documentation : Maintain clear documentation on chatbot functionalities, workflows, and technical specifications.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers, to ensure the chatbot meets user needs and business objectives.

Customer Feedback Integration : Analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate on chatbot features, making necessary adjustments and improvements.

Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement best practices for data security within chatbot applications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Programming Languages : Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Node. js, with a strong ability to work with AI frameworks.

AI and Machine Learning : Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques and familiarity with tools like spaCy, NLTK, or TensorFlow.

Bot Development Platforms : Hands-on experience with chatbot development platforms such as Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

Automation and Integration : Familiarity with integrating bots into various third-party applications, APIs, and services (e. g. , CRM systems, payment gateways).

Version Control : Experience with version control tools like Git for collaborative development and code management.

Cloud Computing : Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to deploy and scale chatbot applications.

Debugging and Testing : Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving chatbot issues effectively.

Data Privacy and Security : Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and secure chatbot development practices.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Qualification : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience :

Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience in chatbot development, AI automation, or related fields.
Proven track record of deploying AI chatbots in a production environment with measurable success.
Experience in managing and improving AI models and workflows to enhance bot performance.

Certifications :

Relevant certifications in AI, NLP, or machine learning are a plus (e. g. , Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning).
