Chatbot Developer/Designer - Twixor

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chatbot Designer and Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), chatbot frameworks, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

Chatbot Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design chatbot interactions that meet business needs.

Create user flow diagrams, conversation scripts, and wireframes to visualize chatbot interactions.

Development and Implementation:

Develop and implement chatbot solutions using frameworks such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or similar technologies.

Integrate chatbots with various platforms (e.g., websites, mobile apps, messaging services) and APIs .

NLP and AI Integration:

Implement natural language processing algorithms to improve chatbot understanding and responses.

Train chatbots using machine learning techniques to enhance their performance over time.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing of chatbot functionalities to ensure a seamless user experience.

Gather user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Documentation and Support:

Create and maintain documentation for chatbot functionalities, design processes, and best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for deployed chatbots.

Experience:

3 years of experience in chatbot design and development.

Proven experience with NLP technologies and chatbot frameworks.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

Familiarity with API integrations.

Understanding of user experience design principles and conversational design.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
