Job Summary

As an E-commerce Marketing Manager at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for driving the online sales growth and increasing the company s e-commerce presence. Your role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to improve product visibility, drive traffic to the e-commerce platforms, and maximize conversions. You will work closely with product teams, designers, and developers to enhance the online shopping experience for AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions and products.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce marketing, who thrives in a results-oriented environment and is passionate about creating effective strategies to drive online revenue growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as the company s website, Amazon, and other third-party e-commerce sites.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Conversion Optimization : Work with the design and UX teams to optimize product pages, improve the user experience, and ensure that the checkout process is streamlined for higher conversion rates.
  • Product Listing Management : Oversee the creation, optimization, and updating of product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and correct keywords.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor e-commerce KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and generate regular reports on campaign performance and revenue metrics.
  • SEO and SEM : Lead the execution of SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility for e-commerce products, along with SEM campaigns to drive paid traffic to product pages.
  • Email Marketing : Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, convert visitors, and retarget previous customers, ensuring a personalized and relevant experience.
  • Social Media Promotion : Leverage social media channels to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms, collaborating with the social media team for effective campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis : Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends, new opportunities, and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
  • Collaborative Work : Collaborate with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and new product launches.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • E-commerce Platforms : Experience with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central.
  • Digital Marketing : Proficiency in running digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise : Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies to optimize e-commerce websites and drive qualified traffic.
  • Analytics Tools : Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to monitor and report on e-commerce performance.
  • Email Marketing : Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot, and creating effective email campaigns to drive engagement.
  • A/B Testing : Experience in conducting A/B testing on product pages, landing pages, and marketing emails to improve conversion rates.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization : Understanding of techniques and tools (such as heatmaps, CRO tools) to optimize the conversion journey for e-commerce customers.
  • Product Management : Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, product listings, and catalog optimization for e-commerce.
  • Project Management : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, product launches, and ongoing optimizations simultaneously.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Certifications (Preferred) :
      • Google Ads Certification , HubSpot Email Marketing Certification , or Shopify Academy Certifications .
    • Experience :
      • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing with a focus on online sales and conversions.
      • Proven track record of managing successful e-commerce campaigns, increasing online sales, and improving conversion rates.
