We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive online revenue, enhance customer experience, and expand the company s digital footprint. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong execution skills to optimize performance across various e-commerce platforms.
Your Role and Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy Development : Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, enhance market share, and boost customer acquisition.
Platform Management : Oversee performance across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring product visibility and optimizing listings.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, sales performance, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure inventory availability, timely order fulfillment, and optimal stock levels.
Customer Experience Enhancement : Ensure a seamless shopping experience by addressing customer feedback, managing reviews, and implementing user-friendly solutions.
Team Leadership : Build and lead a team of specialists, including content managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Compliance and Risk Management : Stay updated on e-commerce regulations, ensuring all operations adhere to legal and company standards.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools, including but not limited to Shopify, Magento, and Amazon Seller Central.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
Experience in implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and partner relationships effectively.
Qualification & Experience Required
Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce sales management or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
Experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments.
Certifications (Preferred) : Google Analytics Certification, Digital Marketing Certification, or other relevant credentials.
