E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E-commerce Executive to contribute to the growth and success of our online business. This role requires a blend of technical skills in website handling, analytical abilities in data interpretation, and strategic thinking in developing and executing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce platform, driving sales, and analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Maintain and update our e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality, optimal user experience, and accurate product information. This includes managing product listings, inventory, and website content.
• Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, including promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales figures, and customer behavior. Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommending actions for improvement.
• Marketing & Promotion:  Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote products and drive sales. This may include social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Customer Service:  Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, shipping, and returns.
• Inventory Management:  Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
• Platform Optimization:  Continuously monitor and improve the e-commerce platform’s performance, focusing on user experience, speed, and functionality.

• Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2years of experience in an e-commerce role, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Bigcommerce, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
