Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Growth Manager (E-Commerce) to lead revenue optimization strategies and deliver measurable growth across online sales channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, optimizing conversion rates, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, market trends, and innovative growth tactics to create and execute effective strategies in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the company s e-commerce goals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and bundling to maximize Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:

    • Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn rates.
    • Use A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and predictive modeling to refine marketing and sales tactics.
  • E-Commerce Performance Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations and ensure seamless integration across digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to enhance user experience and drive higher engagement.
  • Customer Insights and Behavior Analysis:

    • Conduct regular customer segmentation and behavior analyses to target specific demographics.
    • Leverage insights to customize promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.
    • Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance targets and encourage professional growth.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. ) to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize revenue funnels and execute growth hacking techniques.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, e-commerce growth, or a related domain.
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving conversion rates in an e-commerce environment.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a focus on innovation and results.
