Job Description
As an Information Security Analyst at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the organization's information systems and data. You will analyze security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and develop solutions to protect against security breaches. - Monitor the organization's information systems for security breaches or intrusions.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's information assets.
- Install, configure, and maintain security software and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Investigate security incidents and develop incident response plans to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of security breaches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging security risks.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPNs, and encryption.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), are preferred.
- Prior experience in information security or cybersecurity roles is preferred.
- Experience with security incident response and forensic investigation is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
