About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and fulfill staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to onboarding.
• Conduct effective candidate screening and assessments.
• Optimize recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of successful recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (Non-IT hiring preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
