The Senior MIS Analyst plays a crucial role and is responsible for developing and managing Business Intelligence (BI) reports, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other reporting platforms. This role supports, ensures ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reports reporting to drive informed decision-making. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting efficiency, improve data security, and align insights with the organization s strategic goals. Strong expertise in data visualization, automation, and dashboard creation is essential to optimize business processes and improve operational performance.

As Senior MIS Analyst, You Will

• Collect and analyze data sets using MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, G-Suite tools, or Microsoft Excel.

• Generate, maintain, consolidate, and track daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Prepare dashboards and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation of MIS reports.

• Understand processes, delivery, and operations management to align reporting with business objectives.

• Analyze data and reports from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Prepare ad hoc reports as per stakeholder requirements.

• Work with other functions to assist in maintaining trackers for streamlined reporting.

• Identify opportunities to automate reports, snapshots, and dashboards to improve efficiency.

• Ensure reports are contextual, audience-specific, and relevant to business needs.

• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of reports, analysis, and service requests.

• Monitor trends, performance metrics, and assist managers in process improvement.

• Capture individual and process-wise performance data and provide operational metrics to management as needed.

As Senior MIS Analyst, You Need

• Bachelor s degree, as specified by role. A good academic record/Masters is a plus.

• 5-7 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.

• Proficiency in VBA SQL is required.

• Advanced skills in Looker Studio, G-Suite (Google Sheets), MS Excel, BI tools, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.

• Strong expertise in data analytics and data modeling.

• Experience working with US and UK clients during night shifts.

• Certifications like Tableau/BI would be a plus.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong data-driven approach.

• Adaptability to new tools and technologies.

• Ability to multitask and manage diverse reporting requirements.

• Strong focus on automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
