Position Overview:

The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. This role will oversee the full recruitment cycle, build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities, proactively source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer, engagement with selected applicants and seamless handover to the onboarding and business teams..
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools to effectively evaluate candidates' competencies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Analyse data, prepare MIS, identify trends and insights related to hiring and make timely interventions to improve the quality of hiring and efficiency of the process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in hiring for sales and operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
